Good place to stay in Lamai with very helpful owners

The owners are very nice and welcoming. When we had a problem with our room the first night, they were very caring and understanding and were quick to offer a solution. The pool area is nice.

Because the rooms and balconies face each other, there wasn't really that much privacy and the first 2 nights we had some noise from the room facing ours. We mentioned this to the owners however and the other nights were fine.

Exceptional

This family run hotel is one of the best if not the best in Thailand. From the minute you check in to check out the staff cannot do enough for you here. Two bottles of water left on your door every morning before you’ve even stepped out the room. Fresh towels & beach towels provided daily. They can’t help you enough I really can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Nice property in a location which is not too busy but close to stuff and the place itself is very nice with nice clean rooms. We stayed here in a group of 17 for a work retreat one night stopover on our way to Phangan.

Good size rooms

Big clean rooms. Quiet hotel.

Not a very nice pool area, sun loungers are very outdated. You have to pay to use the spa rather than it be included in the stay.

Excellent value for money

Great value for money. The rooms are spacious and clean with a balcony, and the bed is comfortable. The swimming pool is the best I’ve seen at this price point. The staff is very friendly and helpful; they assist with laundry, taxi, scooter rental and more. They even went out of their way to drive me to the airport. I can’t recommend it enough for this price! I had a very pleasant stay.

Here are a few minor things I noticed: - You have to ask the receptionist for a pool towel. - There's no coffee/tea provided in the rooms; it's only available at the reception. - The WiFi was a bit weak, but after moving to the other side of the room, it improved. - The shower head was stuck in an awkward position. - It would be nice to have more towels. I mentioned all of this to the staff, and they assured me that they are working on it, so that's good news!

Superb 3* hotel. Comfortable, spacious and clean room with comfortable bed

Spacious room and bathroom. Full width glazed doors to large balcony. Comfortable bed and excellent AC. The swimming pool is nice. Motor cycle hire arranged from site. This hotel is not quite in central Lamai so you will have to get short taxi journey to places, or hire a car / motor bike. A super clean place, so peaceful and quiet, wonderful staff- probably the best 3 * hotel I’ve stayed in.

Away from the noise. 2min motorbike ride to the bars. Nice pool.and the lovely ladies who clean the room are excellent..no faults.great place

One thing the balcony is close to the opposite room.so at night if you sit outside .be quiet and respectful. Only thing ...apart from that great

I will stay there next time again when I come back to Samui

A nice steam sauna with a cozy cooling down pool next to it. It’s open Wed -Sun. Price has changed to B300 for all customers including non hotel guest. I haven’t tried but they have a swimming pool as well.

Perhaps a little bit of update of hotel room might be better but with the price, totally acceptable.

Wonderful

The room was clean and well serviced, they gave me filtered water every day which was really good to have. The aircon worked very well which was needed at that time of year. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Great for relax

Friendly staff, clean room with good A/C, TV, big shower and very comfy bed. Nice pool and steam room great for relax. Highly recommend.

Comfy and spacious rooms in lovely location

The hotel was quite perfect. The location was great, very close to clubs and bars if you’re looking for it but far enough away to be quiet and private. Bed was very comfortable and the air con was strong and worked well

Our kettle had not been cleaned. We kept finding little maggots in our room and we were confused as to where they came from. Only when I opened the kettle I found a black mess inside full of maggots. This was quite disgusting, however the staff were apologetic and replaced the kettle with a spotless brand new one very quickly. The wifi wasn’t always perfect but when it did work it worked well

Amazing stay

Amazing rooms, with large and comfortable beds. Really good aircon with kettle facilities. Room size was very generous. Location was convenient with shops and food nearby.The staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful.

The pool was clean, but needs a bit of work to revive the area. No food or drink are served on site. It looks like there used to be bar, but not anymore

This is a real hidden gem , french bakery 2min away . best beech on the island crystal bay 4 miles .food and bars close
